Private 1 on 1 Sessions
Done online using a program called ClickMeeting, these sessions are best for students who want to get a better understanding of the content, complete an assignment or work through an exam. Many students choose to book weekly or bi-weekly sessions to keep up with course material.
Small Group Sessions
Small group session are only recommended for completing assignments, projects or going through a past exam. To work through course materials it is recommended that you choose the private 1 on 1 option.
What type of options do you offer?
We offer private 1 on 1 sessions or small group sessions. There are also larger review sessions offered most semesters prior to midterms and exams.
Where do we meet for private tutoring?
All private tutoring and small group sessions are done virtually using a program called ClickMeeting. Once a private session is purchased, you will receive a link to your Clickmeeting room approximately 24 hours prior to your selected date and time.
What can we work on during a private session?
Students may choose to work on whatever they like during the tutoring session (assignments, lab problems, review material, past exams, etc). It is important that the student bring all materials for use during each session.
How early should I book?
During the semester it is best to book approximately 1 week in advance. During midterm and exam times I usually book up 2-3 weeks in advance so it is important to plan accordingly.
How do I book a session?
Tutoring session are booked on a first come first serve basis. Please email us at review@examreviews.ca to book a time.
How long is each session?
Each session is 90 minutes, in some cases, we can accommidate shorter or longer sessions, please contact us to discuss.
How much does each session cost?
For private 1 on 1 sessions the cost is
$120 + HST (e-transfer)
For small group sessions (2 students) the cost is
$80 + HST per person (e-transfer)
For small group sessions (3 or more students) the cost is
$70 + HST per person (e-transfer)
How do I pay?
If you are paying via e-transfer, please send payment to review@examreviews.ca.
If you are paying by cash, a time will be arranged when booking to meet on campus.
What if I need to cancel a private session?
Students are free to cancel up to 24 hours in advance , however a $10 cancellation fee will apply. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the session start time will not be refunded.
